New album coming soon!

I had started work on recording an album in the months before the first lockdown struck. It was going to be a mixture of original songs and covers. I’ve taken some of the original songs I had back then and added four brand new ones to end up with an album of 8 or 9 original songs. Rather than go back to the recording studio I’m doing the whole thing as a home recording project using GarageBand, with a few friends adding their instruments and vocals using the iCloud collaboration facility. That way I can spend hours getting everything exactly the way I want it to be without worrying about studio time. All the basic recording work is done, we’re just in the process of adding the final parts. Hopefully it will be released by the end of August!
